WHICH FUNDRAISER IS RIGHT FOR US - QUESTIONNAIRE

To help your club with your fundraising decisions, we have developed a quick fundraiser questionnaire you can use to assist with selecting the right fundraising program to meet your goals and needs. You may also print this questionnaire and fax to us at (509) 735-4917 and we'll gladly give you our suggestions on which fundraiser(s) are right for your school or booster club.
