The Booster Basics Workshops provide both school administrators and booster club officers with workshops up to twice yearly and year-long support with focus on insuring that booster clubs are following district, state and federal regulations and conducting activities with best practices to help minimize risks, liabilities and challenges – for ALL PARTIES!
Booster Club Officers – School and District Administrators are all provided ongoing Guidance, Education, Training and Support from trained industry experts.
Every Booster Club in attendance is provided extended guidance and support for a period of up to 6 months from each workshop. Non NBCTC or affiliated state association clubs receive three consolation/support sessions via email or phone, with a trained booster club advisor. NBCTC member clubs receive unlimited consolation/support sessions via email or phone, with a trained booster club advisor, assigned specifically to their group.
No more guessing! This workshop is focused on helping root out problems and deficiencies with the goal of putting booster clubs squarely on the right path to compliance and best practices.
We provide two workshops both on the same day: A 90-minute Admin-Overseer workshop for school and district administrators tasked with overseeing and working with booster clubs and a 2.5-hour Booster Basics workshop for booster club officers and leaders.
The Admin-Overseer Workshop is open to all school and district administrators, coaches, program directors and overseers. The Booster Basics workshop is open to all booster club and parent group officers, volunteers and those interested in supporting the growth of booster clubs and extracurricular programs.
The Admin-Overseer workshop is 90 minutes. The Booster Basics workshop is 2.5 hours with additional time allocated for an open floor Q&A session. School – District sponsored workshops are scheduled for the same day, with times established by the school or district.
Community Based Workshops start at 6pm unless otherwise noted.
